Another view of the car, I love the sunlight in this one, streaming down the right side of the picture.

I pass this thing every day on grand River. I love the purple wildflowers and the abandoned tricycle in the picture. This car looks quite odd, as if the back end of a van was put with the front end of an old fashoned car.

This mural done by Michigan born artist Wyland has been the talk of the town recently. The owners of the building want to cover it up with an ad so that the people sitting in Comerica Park can look at the ad instead of the beautiful "Whaling Wall". I can actually see this from the window of my boss's office!

My home. my car. my fridge. my cat. my underwear drawer. be creative. nothing porno though! Also posted will be some excellent pictures of Downtown Detroit. I will be blogging to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. As soon as they get the link up, I will post how you can be a sponsor. My goal this year is $100. Both my father and my aunt have MS so this cause means a lot to me. My blogathon posts will be located on my main journal halogirl66. So mark the date, come join in the fun, request photos when the time comes, and if you can spare a little, please donate generously. If you can't donate, pimpage of my blog that day would be much approcated.

This is one of the building I work in on Wayne State's campus - this is an original Tiffany window. From the inside I could only get a shot of the main section of the window. I adore stained glass. My grandpa used to do it as a hobby so I always take notice of exceptional work.

I drive by this place everyday. It is on Grand River just north of Greenfield. It has just some of the most awesome airbrush work I've seen - all over the building. It is nice to find things to take pictures of that don't depress me.
